Return & Exchange Policy

What is your policy?

If you purcahsed re-do return protection with your order; we have a 14-day return policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We have a credit only policy, meaning that all returns are for store credit.

All returns are done through our return portal.

Please note that all Swim and Sale items are final sale.

How do I return my items?

Sparkle Chic Boutique does not pay for return labels. The customer will get the mailing address once the return is approved and is responsible for purchasing a shipping label and mailing the package. When shipping to return a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Sparkle Chic Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We need to be aware of damaged items or issues right away. There is a 3 day window to report a damaged/incorrect item. Please email shopthescb@gmail.com subject line damage/incorrect item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, pre orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for swim or sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, orders with coupon codes used with 15% or greater meaning they were on sale or gift cards either.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a credit will be added to your account or a Gift Card will be sent to you for the amount. We have a CREDIT ONLY policy!  

How long will it take to receive my refund credit?

Refunds are processed once a return is complete and will be processed in the order they are received. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $150. All orders of $150 or more get free shipping every time!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We often ship packages same day depending on when the order is placed; however, we do ask for 3-5 business days to process your order Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays and these are not counted as business days. Certain holidays or Sales can delay shipping as the order amount increases typically during this time and it causes our shipping to take longer. 

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

All packages will have a tracking number emailed to you once it has shipped. Please ensure we don't land in your spam or junk folders by adding shopthescb@gmail.com to your email safe list.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not, however we hope to be able to provide this in the future.
